At the end of the bike path on Long Wharf Drive, there is construction at the intersection with Canal Dock Road. The button to request a pedestrian/bike crossing is behind a fence and cannot be accessed/pressed. The cycle does not include bike/ped crossing unless requested. But, it is not possible to press the button to request a walk signal. The situation is not safe. Can a walk be included in the programming for this intersection AND/OR can the fence be moved so that pedestrians and cyclists can request a walk signal?
