In response to equitation m request
#15-00028082 (Mr McCully's) response. The cable that I'm speaking of is a Comcast cable that runs into my home along with another home. Comcast says they are not allowed to cut/prune trees planted by the city and now the city says they are not responsible. Well it's a city planted tree and it's not on my property BUT the limbs have extended and believe me this wonderful tree provides great shade. Now you tell me that I must get a city planted tree that's not on my property pruned!!! Get up of your lazy butt and take a actual look b4 responding PLEASE b/c if I must have this planted city tree pruned, I shall have the entire tree CUT DOWN!!!! That will then eliminate all the problems including the one involving this same tree cracking up the concrete around the entire area. I've been complaining about this also but as usual with lazy workers, nothing will happen until something serious happens. TERRIBLY SAD!!!

Tree planted by city is now interferring with cable wires and need to be pruned back away from wires. It is also bulging up onto the sidewalk which is in dire need of repair. I assume sooner than later someone will bother to repair either one of these. Thanks

This sidewalk is definitely in bed if repair. It's not my first time reporting this sidewalk. I've reported this thing for 3 yrs now and nothing has been done. If nothing else can someone post a sign letting the public know that the owners of 3221 4th STREET SE has nothing to do with this broken up sidewalk. We are tired of being threatened by stupid public people thinking they can get easy money from us instead of DC GOVERNMENT. THANKS
