    Good afternoon.
    Traffic light at Jog rd. and Cresthaven Blvd. is not working properly after rain and every time the road surface is wet. Specifically the left turn arrow signal is not being active after the rain. It is very hard and dangerous to turn left without left turn signal on that traffic light. Cars are waiting for 5 minutes and taking risk, especially in rush hour. Please take action and fix it.
