Around 9:15am, on Mapleridge Ave across from my rear apartment front-door, off Delaware, a (city or county) worker just vomited on the street, stepped back into his dark-blue van with city or county emblems on the door and the word 'graffiti' as well as a phone number along the side, and drove off. Is this normal; that is, did something work-related cause him to get so sick on the street? He's a white-haired, older guy, with glasses.
