Trees impacting road travel due to height clearance needed for
higher vehicles such as waste trucks, UPS, RV's, motorhomes, ect.
Leaning Tree has cemented base by electrical easement. May have been removed during recent Progress Energy easement cleanup; if not then it needs to be removed for road safety issues.

A neighbor helped the other neighbor to get it out of the street.

Neighbors need to trim their trees that overhang roadway and that compromise clearance.

The first thing visitors see as they come into the subdivisions main entrance from Buffaloe Rd is a mattress/boxsprings in the backyard of the corner residence. This has been there for at least six months. This house is in Raleigh's ETJ and needs the city Env. Health and Inspections Dept. to intervene.

Subdivision signage is on private property of 6413 Castlebrook Dr. with black paint over white Foxcroft letters. Request owners to fix signage and remove the mattress in the yard.

Badly in need of mowing

Due to some recent construction across Buffaloe to violent dips were left in the road this weekend. The drop offs were so bad traffic was unexpectedly having to slow and stop, for those that knew the dips were there, to avoid car damage. There were no signs to let cars know there are dips in the road here and the drop offs look to be between 1.5 and 2 inches with rough pavement for about 3 to 4 feet in each dip. This may have been done by contractors working on the housing development on the north side of Buffaloe between Southall Rd. and Cardinal Grove Bvd. These dips can cause car damage and are also dangerous because of cars unexpectedly slowing down to lessen the impact.

Trees need trimming to provide safety for road clearance.
Any dead or damaged trees by the road need to be removed.
