Derelict abandoned foundation has been unchanged for several years. Public safety concern with overgrown and unkept weeds, accumulation of rubbish and breeding place for vermin and pests. Storm fencing was recently repaired but does not provide an adequate deterrent to vandals or curious children, including fall hazards.

Large 4 ft pothole.

Uncared for city pipes on city land behind my house continuously floods my entire backyard and sometimes my house. The city refuses to address this issue over the course of the last five years. It is costing me money and the city refuses to take responsibility for its negligence.

Steps to City Hall still closed. This project has been going on over a year yet no one has been working on it for months. We would like an update as to what the holdup is.

City owned tree needs trimming, less than 5' from sidewalk.

Exposed utilities.

1069 Madison st. House is abandoned. Car also. Weeds and trees out of control.

This car has been parked in the same spot since late April 2014. It is in the way for school buses other traffic.

This sign needs to be replaced or removed

Demo trash on lawn

Backyard overgrown with grass and weeds. Junk trees growing out of foundation and along fence line, encroaching on adjacent properties. If grass cut at all this season, only once. Trees allowed to grow unchecked, threatening to damage neighboring fencing. Tree in past fell upon neighbor's house, causing damage.
