    The square pad of concrete surrounding the manhole cover is raised about 2 inches and slowly increasing. This raised area is directly in the driving path of vehicles; this is very dangerous as some vehicles swerve into the oncoming lane to avoid damage to their tires. This section of road seems to be lower than the rest (which would explain the raised section) as it floods during heavy rains.
