    Can DCRA check if the owner or agent for 3933 14th St NW possesses a valid DC Landlord License and if the house is over occupied. The location has a large number of individuals reading there and is also generating a significant amount of garbage that is deposited in the can on the corner which further indicates that it is a boarding house.

    This car hasn't moved in over two months and is parked atop a pile of debris that is blocking water flow in the gutters on the edge of the road. Last night our street had an unfortunate sewage leak and instead of the sewage running down the gutters it flooded the street and froze overnight. This morning the ice has thawed and sewage is being spread up and down the street by every car that drives by. This inoperable car has been reported multiple times to no avail. When will something be done?

    The Wendy's at 3900 Georgia avenue still hasn't cleared its sidewalk. This is a hazardous stretch. The apartment buildings, the Yes, the Safeway etc have all cleared their sidewalk, but Wendy's hasn't. They are often the last ones to clear snow in the neighborhood.

    There is a dog(s) that has been whining and barking non-stop since yesterday afternoon. It is now 1:04 am. This animal is both in distress and an extreme nuisance. I feel an animal control officer should inquire into the animals well being. It is located in the backyard of 3734 9th St NW.

    The high cracks and rising concrete slab has damaged passing vehicles, including a police car chasing criminals, which was damaged so badly it had to stop and be towed away. This is a danger to public safety. Please repair the alley street.
