Making it worse, the road jogs slightly to a left on the east end of this intersection, sometimes causing cars to enter the other lane because some people may think it is a single lane in that direction due to no markings.

    The city of Urbana owns this street which falls on university property. Not only are there zero stop signs on an entire pedestrian and bike road, the pot holes are tremendous, and storm water run off is atrocious. The university can't fix it because Urbana owns it. For the safety of the students Urbana should look in to this street.

    Around 5:45pm on 2/18/2014, I was driving on the right hand side of Prospect between Washington and Columbia streets. There was an extremely large pothole in that area (about 6 to 9 inches deep) and filled with water, and I believe I lost a hubcap to my right tire around the area on Prospect between Washington and Columbia. I went out looking for the hubcap for the last hour, and could not find it. I am thinking that someone may have found it and picked it up.
