this should be addressed.

The wires were temporarily covered over with a garbage bag and some duct tape.

Nothing worse than having a hidden alleyway that is unlit. Too bad there couldn't also be a camera
mounted on the pole.

Street light issues on SCF prior to 2012 were received by staff, investigated and appropriate action should have taken place. Issues were closed in our internal system, but not on SCF, however. This item should have been addressed and therefore we are closing it, but if the issue persists, please open a new SCF issue. Going forward, street light issues will be tracked to completion and noted on SCF.
