157 Orange St New Haven, ConnecticutI am a resident of 360 State St. and use Pitikin Plaza all the time day and night but now do not feel safe hanging out in the Plaza at night or early morning for coffee due to homeless people camping out overnight under the construction scaffolding at Trinity Pub. At first it was one person, then two, and now has grown to three. They erected cardboard barriers now as a make shift bedding and no one seems to be clearing it out. They are taking advantage of the bar being closed during construction and it is unsafe for pedestrians to walk under the scaffolding. I noticed many pedestrians opt for walking on the street (myself included) rather than under the construction and with the amount of traffic, that is extremely dangerous. It's only a matter of time before someone is hit by a car. Please be diligent and clear the vagrants from this public walkway and private property location. Thank you

There is supposed to be an "Online Bike Rack Request Tool" at the city's website on the following webpage, but it's not embedded.
Scroll down on that webpage and you can see the big blank space where the tool is supposed to be embedded.
Will the tool ever be embedded on that webpage? If not, it might be a good idea to remove the sentence that reads, "To request a bike rack, use the online bike rack request tool below".
275-283 Orange Street New Haven, ConnecticutThere is a large pvc pipe hole on Orange Street, odd side, between Elm & Wall Streets. This hole needs to be covered immediately as it poses a real hazard to pedestrians. A small foot can slip into this hole and cause someone to trip, break a foot, leg, face or head.

Turning lane is not plowed, making bike lane 100% useless.
Bike lane was correctly implemented to the left of right turn lane, to reduce the risk of the all-too common “right hook” collisions w/ turning vehicles. However, this only works if said turning lane is **completely** plowed in the winter; if it’s instead treated as a shoulder or parking lane (i.e. buffer to store plowed snow from “primary” travel lanes), then the entire bike lane design breaks down.
To be clear, the driver is not at fault here.
8 High St New Haven 06510, United StatesThe No Left Turn sign facing the exit of the Crown Towers garage has vanished, and in the past few days I’ve seen several cars make that left and proceed north down the southbound lane of High St. (And while I was typing this, someone made a left from George to High in defiance of that No Left Turn sign, so it may be prudent to step up traffic enforcement at the intersection.)
Corner Of Chapel St And Orange St New Haven, Connecticut
At the corner of Chapel St and Orange St, none of the 8 pedestrian crosswalk lights are working properly. Only the "Red Hand" shows. The "Green Man" does not illuminate when it is safe for pedestrians to cross. Rather, it changes from the "Red Hand" to a blank screen.
I saw a message indicating I should call someone, but I would rather not. Posting this message is much more than the hundreds of other people who cross that street every day, but have done nothing.

The white walk hand is not illuminating. Please change bulb.
This is the SE corner on the signal facing the bus stop across chapel.
