City Of Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta Park Albuquerque, NM, USA
On Saturday Oct. 12th, at around 9pm or so, after working about 16 hours at the balloon fiesta, I come out to my truck to find I have a flat. Well, there is nothing to changing a tire, very easy to do, but a couple City Security Officers, DMD Security Lassel Caraballo-Mckay, Brian Kious, Jesus Rodriguez & PSA
J. Foxstepped up to be help get me on the road again. While I am loosening lug nuts, Officer Lassel Mckay grabs a better jack than I had, and in his Security uniform, gets on the dirt floor and starts jacking up my truck. While I am loosening my spare from the undercarriage, another Security Officer Brian Kious starts on the lug nuts again. Lassel McKay and the other officers, in their Security uniforms helped when they didn't need to, got their uniforms and hands dirty, they just did. That was very cool and much appreciated. This is how humans should treat one another. Imagine...!?! What an incredible world that could be. I hope this message gets to their Supervisors, because I know if it was a complaint here on 311 about these officers, their supervisor surely would know of it. I hope they hear the good their Officers do as well! The Mayor should know too and these guys should be nominated for employees of the week or month or something.
