What does it mean when the City "closes" an issue? Fixed? "Closed" message received one day after submittance of grafitti issue.

I would like to know too.

It seems to me that they have a E.T.A to address our concerns. If a situation is closed there's a 50/50 chance nothing will be done about it or it will be addressed. Based upon request, I've moved from the NE side to SW side and notice things happen faster NE side. SW side takes a few days to months to have things address as long there's someone like us reminding the city there's an issue or concern that needs to be address just keep at it. Things like potholes I notice get taken care of same day regardless of location. Things like signage or trash get handled differently.
