Seneca Rd is a tiny little neighborhood street. If it's really bothering you, get some blacktop patch from the hardware store and poor it in. That might be illegal, but no one will care.
It's still winter and they aren't going to fix potholes yet. Seneca Drive is sooo wide, you can easily avoid them during the 30 seconds it takes to drive down that entire street.
Think about your comment regarding proactivity versus reactivity...and maybe consider applying it to yourself.
