Pedestrian crossing lights are out on the south west corner of Broadway and Maiden Lane.

The mid-block crosswalk on Plymouth between EPA and the Traver Village Mall is very poorly lit at night. Unlike most of the other cross walks in the area, the overhead crosswalk sign doesn't seem to have a light facing down to illuminate the cross walk. There is a street light nearby, but it seems very dim. There is a lot of pedestrian traffic here at night between UM housing and the mall. Last night, I had a hard time seeing pedestrians getting ready to cross because the area is so dimly lit. This should be a priority given the number and severity of pedestrian accidents in this area. Making the street light brighter and adding lights to the overhead crosswalk sign are both needed.

There is broken mirror/glass on the sidewalk on the northwest corner. It is direct in the entrance to the crosswalk...where many children walk and ride bikes to school. It's been there for a couple of days.

In crosswalk across Sunnywood (west side) at intersection of Mason Ave.

I drive on Division several times a day and every day I see at least one car suddenly stop at the Jefferson crosswalk because they mistakenly think the crosswalk dividers require a 3-way stop (even when no pedestrians are present). If the city is concerned about pedestrian safety at this intersection, I ask that you please replace the crosswalk dividers with either of the HAWK signals or Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons that are now so prevalent around the city. Either of these signals would be much safer for pedestrians trying to cross Division (as it would provide a very clear visual cue to drivers that they need to stop), as well as it would decrease the likelihood of a rear-end collision from cars on Division suddenly stopping at the intersection for no reason.

One of the chain nets at Virginia Park is badly broken. The basketball court is getting a lot of use now, and several people suggested seeing if it could get fixed. There are also some cracks in the court, but I don't know if that's something that you can fix without it being a huge project.

The trees on the southeast corner of the Hill-Division intersection are blocking the cross walk signal and hang low over the sidewalk.
