The two dumpsters for this building are placed in the street. This is causing a traffic hazard.
Also the dumpsters are filled over capacity. Trash and furniture is spread along the street and sidewalk. Ugh.
Snow was plowed from inside the lot owned by Garden Street Apts LLC onto the spring street sidewalk. The sidewalk is not usable. This parking lot is 55 Spring Street, Hartford.

There is sidewalk to the left and to the right of the parking lot entrance. Who is responsible for clearing the sidewalk to the left and right of the parking lot entrance?
The responsibility to clear the entrance falls on the property owner, we have forwarded this complaint to the Police Department and they will be handling the complaint.
