land and house incredibly overgrown and abandoned structures. multiple rusting vehicles, fallen trees - it is hazardous, a nuisance, an eyesore and inviting to all sources of negative activity. please address this condition SOON!
Nothing has changed. I cannot understand how/why this property isn't cited and demolition has not been addressed. The neighboring owners have to be affected.
This house has been abandoned for over seven years, overgrown and neglected for over 20 years. I reported it to the Board of Health. It seems as though the City of Avon isn't interested in doing anything about abandoned properties. I grew up next to an abandoned house infested with rodents. The city never followed through on fixing that problem either. It was overgrown and infested for over 30 years. It wasn't until someone purchased the property that the new owners tore it down. I don't think Avon even has a policy regarding such properties.
