11069–11095 120 St Surrey V3V, Canada
I believe it has been for a couple of weeks now that the City of Surrey and Canadian flags have been flying at half mast at the entrance to the city from King George Boulevard and the Pattullo Bridge (near Scott Rd SkyTrain).
The BC flag has continued to fly at full mast.
Please could this be corrected.
Thanks! Thanked!12751-112a Avenue SurreyMy neighbours yard was terrible when I bought my property, now the new owner purchased the property it is out of control, completely neglected. The ivy vines have taken over the cheery tree, the blackberry are coving their garage that collapsed & took down my fence, the former owner repaired the damage. The new owner doesn't occupy the premises and never looks after the yard, the grass was 4 ft tall in the front, they cut it to complete some work for the Bridgeview sewer upgrade. Their recycle bins are left on the curb for 4 was at a time. There are three unlicensed vehicle in the driveway & the morning glory has grown out the top of the van. We gave to maintain their blackberry bushes & morning glory that grows over and thru my fence, which is destroying the fence, it's starting to lean towards the blackberry pile over the collapsed garage. This is the most unsightly property in Bridgeview!!
4391 King George Boulevard Surrey, BC V3S 0L2, Canada
Entrance to Serpentine Fen is too narrow for even strollers to pass thru at King George entrance.
Pathway at 44 ave entrance going into park from observation tower is very muddy, it needs gravel. Stairs leading to bridges make things more difficult as well.
Why is there a closed gate on the Serpentine dam bike path? Why not a bollard to keep vehicles off?· Reported by Tim Yzerman · Flag Flagged
150 Street Surrey, British ColumbiaIf the city of surrey does not start regulating the speeders on 150th in particular just before and after Cambridge Elementary you are going to see some vigilante law take place! Multiple instances of people speeding over 60 to 70 k. Either put in many more speed Bumps or regulate at night after 7 or mid afternoon. Somebody is going to get killed.
10907 144 St Surrey, British Columbia, V3R 3N2, CANSnow and ice not cleared on the pedestrian/cycling (Bon Accord) bridge between 144 and 143a. Potential safety hazard for people on foot and bikes. And 100% impassable for the less-abled/wheelchairs.
King George Blvd & 128th Street
There are several over weight trucks driving 24/7 on a 10,000 limit road at King George Blvd. & 128th Street. There has been a vast influx of traffic in Bridgeview since Hwy 17 was cut in & several roads were deactivated. The south side of 128th St. has had those thick white lines with X's painted in the area not to block the thru traffic but not on the north side, where it's severally needed. I only have a 8 minute morning commute but I have to leave 30 minutes early to make it on time, due to the ridiculous commuters that won't allow others to merge in or over to the left turn lane for King George Blvd. southbound, as they think your going over the Patulla Bridge & they can't possibly let in one of their fellow commuters. The CN vehicles won't let anyone in either, they ride the bummers of the vehicle in front of them & point at the stop sign while screaming; you have a stop sign! Are we suppose to just sit at the stop sign all day & wait for rush hour to end? I guess they own the road. I couldn't even get out of my driveway when the Patulla Bridge was closed for maintenance 112A Avenue was bumper to bumper from 0700 until just before 2100. People were screaming & honking, I almost called the RCMP for traffic control, as I thought the fist fights were about to ensue. I couldn't get out of my driveway without laying on my horn & waiting for someone to back off to let me in, it was so insane for two days! I know nothing can be done about the crazy road raging commuters, but the signage & lines are several required to function as a normal roadway.
I previously enquired about traffic calming speed bumps for 112A Avenue, as it's the main artery in Bridgeview now due to all the deactivated roads & now it's the speedway for the psycho drivers that think it's the drag strip. Not to mention all the Harley's all night ripping done 112A Ave. until the Turf closes, it almost stops your heart from the shock of your windows vibrating while your sleeping. I'm not so glad I bought a home in this area now! I don't believe this plan was thought out wisely.
Can these issues be addressed please?
13070 115 Avenue Surrey, British ColumbiaThere are in excess of ten street light out aroaund this area. There are about four out along 115 Ave from Bridgeview Drive East towards 131 ST. There are also about eight street lights out on Bridgeview Drive from 115 south to where the Central City Brewery is located. These are the double metal lights in the centre median, possible metal theft? Thank you.· Reported by Mark Styles · Flag Flagged

King George Highway Surrey, BC V3V, CanadaThere is a huge pot hole southbound on the Pattullo Bridge in the right lane right by the sidewalk. There are also quite a few drains that have sever indents around them acting almost like pot holes themselves. Very bad for tires and also very dangerous when driving at night in rainy and snowy conditions.
