There is no sharing of the sidewalk. They have a line on the left side of sidewalk and they have tables and chairs on the right side of sidewalk leaving no room on the sidewalk for pedestrians.
People in line are constantly stepping out of the line and standing in the little bit of space left on the sidewalk.
Staff does nothing to control their line.
They are unconcerned about their business blocking the sidewalk and are taking complete use (No) sharing of the sidewalk.
They have been doing this since day one of the share the sidewalk program.
