217 Woodrow Ave Vallejo, California
There has been a Southwind RV (License Plate: 2EKL846) illegally parked on Woodrow Ave for going on a month that occasionally moves a few feet maybe once a week. It is currently parked in front of 217 Woodrow Ave, a problematic suspected drug house, but does not belong to the owner there. I and others have regularly witnessed and heard a group of 4 sketchy non-residents (2 males, 2 females) living in it and going back and forth constantly at times making a lot of noise from the RV to 217 Woodrow Ave. They've spent at least a week or more parked in front of 213, 215 and 238 Woodrow Ave individually and have additionally had 2 other junked vehicles with them filled with trash, showing a lot of damage that they also go into constantly. They moved one vehicle to the front yard of 217 (Gold Lexus ES 300; Plate: 4WMN446) that was totaled, towed at 4 a.m. and left in front of 213 for a week, banging on it for a few hours in the middle of the night both the night they towed it and again after the cops left the first time ordering them to move it but did nothing about the RV. When the cops were called and came again the next afternoon they just moved it from in front of 215 to 217 when they were told they could not park it on a private residential street (esp that they were not residents of) and where they could park it. The other vehicle was a purple Hyundai (Plate: 7UAN207) that had left before the cops came the first time and stayed gone for 2 days before coming back to park in front of 238 for a week. Just this past week a silver mini van (can't see a plate, another car parked tightly behind it) showed up overnight parked across the street from 217 that has visible trash and junk in the driver's seat and the rest of the van. The front driver's side tire is also messed up and raised abnormally. I saw somebody earlier today come out from 217 who I don't recognize from this group or residents come mess with it but it's still there and hasn't moved since it first showed up. They work on some of these vehicles including the RV that seem to have problems consistently being operational on the street and often late at night causing a lot of anxiety, annoyance, and concern for residents. I personally have called the Vallejo police twice about it where they came out and told them to leave and if they came back and they were still here they "didn't care how many people you have living in there, I'm towing it." These people are loitering and suspicious and simply have no business being here making noise, parking and living out of these eye sores hogging parking and for all I know casing other people's homes. My neighbor was on vacation for a week and I was really concerned about their property where this RV had been camped out in front of. I've seen several peeks inside the RV and it's filled with junk and for all anyone knows stolen property. I'm tired of playing watch dog and taking notes and getting up every time they make a jarring noise. Bottom line they've been ordered to leave TWICE now (that I know of) but the resident at 217 and these people don't seem to care or have respect for the residents living here. At least 3 different times I watched junkie cars pull up behind this RV while it was parked illegally in front of 213 or 215 and walk over to 217 and leave within 15-20 min. I've also watched 2 of these RV inhabitants walking back several feet apart from one another to this RV parked at 217 less than a week after the cops came the 2nd time and abruptly stop while messing with their phone for long periods of time as if they were trying to get on someone's Wifi. These people are pests and the drug activity this house (217) is welcoming is upsetting and inconveniencing myself and neighbors. The police said the first time I called that I was the 4th or 5th call that day for this RV and that house so I know I'm not alone. They don't need any more stern warnings, they need to be towed if they don't leave and stay gone and the resident at 217 needs this reiterated to him too. I was supposed to go on vacation with my family for spring break but I'm really uncomfortable at the idea of leaving on the chance these people are still here... I don't even know if I'll be able to take my trip because of this. Approaching these people or the resident is out of the question unless I'm prepared to stay home indefinitely to watch my property (which I'm not). I also know I won't be able to control my language from the amount of frustration and stress they're causing that's already peaked to affect my health and forced me to go to the ER last month. Please address this asap. I'm at my wit's end and enough is enough. Thank you!
