740 Inverness Dr West Chester, PA, 19380, USAThe traffic light at the intersection of Church Road and Lancaster Ave in Frazer PA is malfunctioning.
It is turning red for Lancaster Ave every 12 seconds even though there is NO traffic on Church Road. This happens all of the time even at 05:15AM ( With No traffic at all on Church Road). Hazardous due to people on Lancaster Ave stopping quickly,, Or trying to beat the light.
Thanks! Thanked!Lancaster Ave Malvern, PA 19355, USAAt the intersection of PA-29 and Route-30. The west bound rte-30 left turn signal has started to always come on even when there are no cars waiting to turn left. This means that east-bound rte-30 traffic must always wait until after the left-turn signal goes off.

Sometimes traffic gets backed up while people are waiting to cross this one-lane bridge. For some reason, most people seem to thing that "one car at a time" is the best way to cross this bridge.
When there are several cars waiting, it is MUCH more efficient if you let 2-3 cars go from each direction at a time. This gets EVERYONE across the bridge quicker (except the first car in the oncoming direction who may have to wait 2-3 seconds longer at most). If everyone did this, there would probably never even be a back-up to worry about!
In places where one-lane bridges are more common - like Hawaii - it is standard to let ALL the cars going one direction to cross before the oncoming traffic does. They understand that this works out best for everyone.· Reported by Anonymous · Flag Flagged
111 Lloyd Ave Downingtown, PA 19335, USAIs this a one way or two way section? either way most drivers are completely rude and do not yield to oncoming traffic as the locals know is proper etiquet for this "one way" bridge. That means each side goes one after the other for those who cannot seem to comprehend the concept...like a 2, 3 or 4 way stop at an intersection. The car that gets to the intersection first has right of way.· Reported by Anonymous · Flag Flagged
Cedar Hollow Rd Malvern, PA, 19355, USAWhile the traffic lights at the underpass of Cedar Hollow Road have greatly improved traffic, there could be a problem if the no turn on red sign facing Continental Blvd is not more prominently displayed, it could lead to an accident. I was driving towards Vanguard and the light was green, but just turned amber as I was moving under it when a minivan made a right turn from Continental Blvd and could have hit me if I hadn't applied the brakes quickly enough to stop before going under the bridge. I noticed the No turn on red sign is beginning to disappear under foliage.
Pothouse Road & West Bridge Street Phoenixville, PennsylvaniaWhen on W. Pothouse Rd and needing to turn left onto W. Bridge Street, cars have to wait until the light turns red to make a left during the frequent heavy traffic times. There used to be a left turn signal at the this light before the new pavement and installment of left turn lanes (but no left turn signals). This creates a dangerous intersection situation without a left turn signal. (Attached is a photo that a left turn signal used to be at the intersection! Bring it back again, please!)· Reported by L · Flag Flagged
27 Dilworthtown Rd Thornton, PA 19373, USAPart of Dilworthtown road between Kashmir Drive and the RR Crossing has subsided causing one lane to remain constantly waterlogged. This is a hazard to traffic, especially as it comes over the raised railroad crossing for either aquaplanning or, as we approach the winter months, a skating rink. This has the potential to lead to a serious head on accident on this busy connecting between 202 and 926 which is used by school bus traffic.· Reported by Robin Powton · Flag Flagged
Plumsock Rd. Newtown Square, Pennsylvania12/27/18 I travelled Plumsock Rd. in Newtown Township for the first and last time within the past months to avoid a major traffic jam on West Chester Pike eastbound one rush hour night heading towards Ridley Creek State Park. It is a dark, creepy and dangerous road filled with potholes, dips and bumps!! It was like driving on the Moon!!! You have to dodge all that for the long length of the road until it ends at Goshen Rd. Your in fear of getting a flat tire driving that horrible, barely paved road!!! Newtown Township needs
to pave that road!!! It is so dangerous to drive on at night - the road is so dark and you have to swerve the whole time dodging
the tons of potholes, dips and bumps hoping not to bottom out or get a flat tire!! A disgrace, especially in such a rich township as Newtown!!! Why don't the rich residents on that road demand their Plumsock Rd. gets paved and gets some lighting, too?!!! It's not a back woods road in the middle of farm country - it's a road off West Chester Pike near Ridley Creek State Park!! No excuse that road is not paved and made safe to drive on!!! Shame on you, Newtown Township!!!

To: Chief of Police and City Manager of Coatesville: ROAD RAGE, Traffic Issues and Noise Violations:
We have laws on the books that are not being fully enforce effectively or perhaps not at all in the City of Coatesville
We need a TRAFFIC TASK FORCE because apparently we do not have enough police to handle these repeated, continued violations:
• No Turn Signals,
• Running RED Lights,
• Not stopping fully at Stop Signs,
• No Turn Signals,
• U-Turns in middle of street,
• Parking on wrong side of street,
• Vehicles park in middle of street with NO Emergency Lights on and sometimes no driver.
• Drivers stopped in middle of the street while talking to someone,
• Drivers leaving vehicle in middle of street for 5 to 25 minutes while visiting someone, while music playing so loud... the pictures on my wall shake.
There is a law against loud music & noise disturbances coming from vehicles & motor cycles (especially in summer). The issue is exacerbated by the vulgar & nasty lyrics.
These issues are causing stress, anxiety, (safety issues especially). Some are becoming angry, because traffic is being blocked (repeatedly). And I am one of them.
I have addressed some of these issues for years by talking to people; however, things have changed and I have to be careful because, I could get hurt. I do this because...
THIS IS MY NEIBORHOOD and I am doing something about it.
We need more police and tasks force created to address these issues. I also want some feedback from the Police Department and City Manager regarding these issues and on how many issues are being addressed by ticket violations etc.
I am very upset about this. I would like to help in anyway I can. Truthfully… I don't even want to live here anymore.
PS – And no one should have to call in every time to make a complaint if the police see this happening and do not act.
