To: Chief of Police and City Manager of Coatesville: ROAD RAGE, Traffic Issues and Noise Violations:
We have laws on the books that are not being fully enforce effectively or perhaps not at all in the City of Coatesville
We need a TRAFFIC TASK FORCE because apparently we do not have enough police to handle these repeated, continued violations:
• No Turn Signals,
• Running RED Lights,
• Not stopping fully at Stop Signs,
• No Turn Signals,
• U-Turns in middle of street,
• Parking on wrong side of street,
• Vehicles park in middle of street with NO Emergency Lights on and sometimes no driver.
• Drivers stopped in middle of the street while talking to someone,
• Drivers leaving vehicle in middle of street for 5 to 25 minutes while visiting someone, while music playing so loud... the pictures on my wall shake.
There is a law against loud music & noise disturbances coming from vehicles & motor cycles (especially in summer). The issue is exacerbated by the vulgar & nasty lyrics.
These issues are causing stress, anxiety, (safety issues especially). Some are becoming angry, because traffic is being blocked (repeatedly). And I am one of them.
I have addressed some of these issues for years by talking to people; however, things have changed and I have to be careful because, I could get hurt. I do this because...
THIS IS MY NEIBORHOOD and I am doing something about it.
We need more police and tasks force created to address these issues. I also want some feedback from the Police Department and City Manager regarding these issues and on how many issues are being addressed by ticket violations etc.
I am very upset about this. I would like to help in anyway I can. Truthfully… I don't even want to live here anymore.
PS – And no one should have to call in every time to make a complaint if the police see this happening and do not act.

I would like to have an update on this issue that I posted here several weeks ago, which was then closed prematurely by the 'Administrator' before being resolved.
This bank owned property has been left in deplorable, dilapidated, and DANGEROUS conditions for several years, and it's becoming worse every day. The weeds and trash in the yard are a hazard, especially when children from the nearby park chase balls into the yard.
The surrounding taxpaying homeowners are fed up with this neighborhood eyesore. Please assure us it will be cleaned up as soon as possible.Thank You!
Juniper St Coatesville, PA 19320, USAThe Dog barks well after the 9:00p.m noise ordinance and starts at 4:30a.m well before the 8:00 a.m time given in the codes book. I've called the police to no avail nothing was done. And we have children sleeping because they have school.
1041-1043 W King Rd Malvern, PA 19355, USAThis intersection is very dangerous to make a left hand turn from either direction on Sproul Rd. onto King. They need to make the light separate for each side of Sproul. It's nearly blind and there have been several very close calls with head on accidents.
176-198 Sproul Rd Malvern, PA 19355, USADrivers trying to turn left onto King from Sproul in either direction do not have a clear lane and often must turn in back of a vehicle turning left facing them. Either mark the lanes or delay the lights on Sproul as well as on King.· Reported by Mary · Flag Flagged
