West 74th Street And Broadway New York, NYA Street Tree located near the NE corner of 74th St and Broadway, immediately east of the corner. There is a decorative metal grate that is biting into the tree base because the tree has outgrown the hole in the grate.
Please remove the grate before this mature tree is killed.
230 West 72nd Street New York, NYThis motorcycle is almost always parked on the sidewalk in front of 230 W 72nd St. Seems like it is just on weekdays, but still. Is this a violation of DOT NYC Parking Regulations?
It is parked on a tarred-over tree pit, adjacent to a bike rack and the area attracts a lot of litter.
145 West 72nd Street New York, NYLa Dinastia Restaurant almost always has 1 - 3 bicycles chained to the street tree in front of their place of business in spite of also having a bike rack that is not full. The bikes are chained to the tree when the restaurant is not open and delivering orders to customers. Try going at 10 am
1995 Broadway New York, NY
Two trees in front of 1995 Bway at 68th Street have grown too large for the decorative plates that cover the tree pits. As a result, the metal plates are biting into the base of the trees.
The pictures aren't very good showing the problem.
Please help before the trees are damaged beyond hope!
262 West 72nd Street New York, NYTree in front of 262 W 72nd St (between Broadway and West end Avenue) was entirely uprooted by the storm. It has been shifted so it doesn't block the sidewalk, and it is not on top of a car or anything.

260 West End Avenue New York, NYThere is new graffiti on the label on a tree in front of 260 West End Ave, at the SE corner of 72nd St and West End. The tag is identical to two other ones near the same corner.
Is someone marking their territory, as in a drug corner or just a kid who has decided to mark up everything on this corner?

218 West 72nd Street New York, NYI think the tree at this location was removed during the construction of "The Corner" 200 W 72nd St, but has not been replaced.
Please add it to the list of trees to be planted. The tree bed is already to go.
262-278 Amsterdam Ave New York, NY 10023, USAI reported this same issue months ago, and it appeared resolved. But it has begun again with gusto. Same location: along the east edge of Verdi Square on Amsterdam between 72nd and 73rd. Seems so frustrating since the city is spending time and money on rat control in this park. Here are some recent photos of separate incidents the pigeons and the seeds around the base of a tree.
It is repulsive to walk through them.
