Stop sign obscured by shrub on City property. Just watched 3 cars fly through it.

2 trees for which the city is responsible in front of 4115 (one straddles the property line of 4117 Hanover) have continually dropped limbs and are in the pains of death. 2 times now, the city has paid damages to us totaling over $1500 for limbs that have dropped on our cars and caused significant damage. There are at least 10 dead limbs of significant size in the evergreen tree that are falling intermittently; some of them WILL cause either damage to one of our vehicles or injure a person. That tree (the evergreen), is hideous, dying a slow death, and taking innocent bystanders with it as it goes. We've registered complaints since 2010 about this tree. It must go. Please, we beg of you, remove this(or these) tree(s).
