Ct. 06790 (860) 480-4439 We have lived on Cedar Lane for 33 years, and speeding on this narrow road, which is used by many people, to bypass Rt202 & RT 183 Intersection, by traveling, North West,on Cedar Lane from, Rt 202 to Rt 183 and then unto Greenwoods Avenue, to Rt 8, and/or Pinewoods Road to the industrial Park,Old Rt 8, and/or Burr Pond & Lakeridge. About 15 years ago, my neighbors, and I petitioned The Torrington City Council, and the Board of Public Safety to enforce the 25 M.P.H. speed limit on Cedar Lane, and to post signage of that speed limit. Over the past 15 years, there has been little, or no enforcement, of this speed limit, to the detriment of myself, my family, and my neighbors on Cedar Lane and Colin Drive's safety I respectfully request that some effort be made to enforce the 25M.P.H. speed limit and to replace/enhance the speed limit signage. Thanks you for your consideration and cooperation. Best Wishes Jack McKeon
142 Cedar Lane Torrington, ConnecticutFor 30+ years Cedar Lane has been in need of resurfacing.
The Torrington Highway Department has done a good job trying to maintain the road, BUT the road needs to be dug up and replaced. The road has no foundation/structure. It is a patchwork
of paving, and oil and sand maintenance. The road is a HAZARD to people, cars, property. It needs to be fixed before
someone has a catastrophic accident.

Continual Barking Dogs:
Many evenings we are disturbed by barking dogs that cause other dogs to bark. The problem usually occurs between 9 P.M. and 10 P.M.; 11:00 Pm to 12:00 A.M and 5;00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. behind my home (142 Cedar Lane). The dogs are either unattended or given the hours mentioned, they are "URGING" their owners to take them out to do their business. I have been a dog owner, breeder, handler, and have shown our dogs norwegianelkhounds) up and down the East Coast. I have live here for 33 years and I'm confident that my dogs where well trained and maintained to not be a nuisance to my neighbors. I would appreciate the same courtesy from my neighbors at Torringford Farms. Thank You for your consideration and cooperation. Best wishes Jack McKeon

14 VotesFix it! Voted!Cedar Lane torrington,Coming from rt.183 onto cedar lane, cedar has many potholes, and bumps in the road, all the way down until septic company. Another major problem is a bulge when taking a left onto Colin drive, it makes it difficult to turn, feels like a speed bump, and the plow from the plow truck always slams into it.
Kennedy And Torringford WestAnother accident 4/10/12 !
Of Kennedy Drive and Torringford West St remains dangerous.
A protected left turn arrow need to be added
Even though the East-West lanes have been widened, there remains blind spots

REPOST DUE TO LACK OF ACTION:
Eastbound merge in front of Target is dangerous during the morning commute. People speed past you on the right, cut you off... It's dangerous.
Police need to watch this rather than sit in St. Paul's Church parking lot.
