Who can I talk to about my neighbors next door constantly dumping trash, using my garbage can, placing their cans on the side of my house?

Detroit Police Department - LG: 

Please contact the Neighborhood Police Officers from your precinct area. That is a Blight issue, and we will come
out and assist with writing the ticket violation for the constant dumping.

Who do you call when you catch scrappers tearing through your neighborhood? DPD Ain't the answer!! What's the point if they do nothing?!!

Contact your District office and ask them for contact info for direct contact to a neighborhood Sargent and they will dispatch.

Hope this helps....these offices are very helpful

Is there a list of bicycle rules for Detroit residents? Also, Is it the law to wear helmets when riding bicycles?
