  • South Church Street New Speedway Gas Station murfreesboro rutherford, TN - Murfreesboro
    We live directly behind the new Speedway gas station and was inquiring about noise ordinance. The large garbage trucks empty the container during the middle of the night, from 1am to 6am and it is extremely loud.
    Also, freight trucks will park in the back, right next to our bedroom windows, while leaving the trucks running. Some are louder than others but the sound of all of them make sleep impossible.
    Please advise if there is anything we can do to solve this issue.
  • South Church Street New Construction Directly Beside The New Speedway Murfreesboro Rutherford County, TN - Murfreesboro
    I am hoping someone can help enforce the noise Ordinance peacefully here on South Church Street. There is major construction happening directly beside the new Speedway gas station and in front of Barfield Commons Condominiums. They have started construction before 6am and are right under my bedroom window. My daughter is 10 and was awoken this morning. I do not want this to interfere with her sleep like the Speedway construction did. Please advise on what I can possibly do to.

    I do not know if this is the correct place- but I need to know if there is anything that can be done about very, very loud sanitation pickup in General's Run townhomes. The garbage and recycling pickup comes 2 times a week and always in the middle of the night. It is extremely loud and wakes me up almost every time.
