Cross walk switch not working. The last four times I crossed here, I had to cross without the pedestrian cross signals. I even waited for traffic the switch the light twice and no pedestrian signals.

The drainage ditch behind this property needs to be cleaned out. Trees have fallen across the waterway and blocked the drainage. Thank you.

SAFETY ISSUE

Reported #7615854 case on April 1, 2020. City did a temporary gravel fill and left an orange cone months ago. No one has been back for permanent repair despite nearly 5 months in full passing and my following up with a call last month. I requested a call back. No one has had the courtesy to respond. Does it normally take 5-6 months or longer for the city to fix a hazard on city right of way? The cave in and orange cone are not a permanent repair.

The sign in the photographs has been reversed for some reason. The front of the sign needs to face the other way so cars entering Lake James from Wallingford Arch see that there is $200 fine for speeding.

The city drainage ditch between the properties on Shell Road is in dire need of cleaning. It has not been cleared since last year. The ditch is overgrown, I've seen rats, snakes, and other creatures. There is standing water which is increasing the amount of mosquitoes. With hurricane season reaching its peak, this needs to be addressed ASAP.

Tree roots have broken up asphalt across the bike path on the north side of Inlynnview Rd. Tripping danger and asphalt will continue to erode.

Stop/Street sign has fallen.

sidewalk along Dam Neck Rd. in front of 1348 Abelia Way. (East of Abelia). The manhole cover clearly says STORM. There is washout occurring beneath it and the sidewalk is heaving up. It appears that the storm drain may be cracked or something

At the sidewalk in front of my house, there is a hole that is forming. It is deep and goes under the sidewalk pretty far. I put my borascope down there to see if I could see what might have caused it, and I can't tell. I need this assessed and repaired by someone from the city.
