    We’ve had this issue since we moved in five years ago. The culvert next to our house does not drain. It needs to be re-graded sloping downward towards the drain. Currently it is just a mosquito breeding pool of old rainwater.

    The sidewalk in front of my home is buckling in several locations. I witnessed a child fall from their bike when they met about a 2 inch rise in one part of the sidewalk. You have to be extremely careful when walking the sidewalk in front of my house and in several other locations throughout my neighborhood. I personally have fallen when walking my dogs. I would greatly appreciate your time in assessing and correcting before someone else or I fall again. Thank you for your time!

    Work order to fix the road ditches placed in May of 2018 (one year ago) has not been started. I have spoken to a supervisor over the past several months and no progress has been made, I am totally frustrated and dissatisfied. Please have a manager or director call me at 757-377-4636.

    Servery damaged sidewalk along Piney Bark Dr. At the intersection of Piney Bark and Grey Fox Ln. This is a hazard to pedestrians and children and possible issue for city if someone is hurt! Sidewalk is sinking retaining water (mosquitoes) and has raised areas causing trip hazards.This issue has been brought to the cities attention before. Please have this are addressed as soon as possible.

    flag poles extends over sidewalk. two people cant pass. very dangerous as it is eye, head level and can't be seen at night. chimney hill hoa said they do not manage the condos. I called a number I was given last month, left a message and no return call and nothing has been done about the pole.

    There is a poorly drained sidewalk area on the handicap ramp to the newly erected cross walk at the SE corner of 34th and Pacific. Water continually ponds, I presumed from the sprinkler system adjacent. This will be a public safety issue in the winter when it will freeze. Contractor who installed the new ramps should repair.
