Once again Recycle is not picked up Longfellow Carnation ave This is an every week deal City of Virginia Beach has our day changed ? Is it no longer Picked up on Wednesday And please don't close this out until our recycle is actually picked up

Yard debris collection (bags of grass) have not been collected in over 2 weeks, would be nice to receive a 'blast' e-mail when running weeks behind in service vs me/customer trying to guess why there has not been service in 2+ weeks. btw- interactive map is broken, I'm at 3132 Gallahad Dr, VB- about a mile from Kellam HS. e-mail: bbiddle161@aol.com. Read somewhere that the trash collectors have gone on semi-strike (striking on Wednesdays??). Again, lack of information means residents are guessing.....

Trash and yard waste was not collected on the entire street

We rolled our trashcan to the curb this morning and their were no issues with it. After the trash was collected, my trashcan was on its side with the wheel off of it.

My trash wasn’t picked up yesterday at 837 Aragona Blvd. I have left it out for pick up today. This is the second time this month. Our street is closed from Sullivan Blvd to Brinson since the 8th of March. I called before my service day to see if there was going to be any issues and I was told no that trash would be collected as normal. I spoke with Ms Lowell on the 9th and again on the 12th
