Sidewalk Uneven - Trip HazardAcknowledged2908 Chestnut Oak Way Virginia Beach, VA, 23453, USA - Virginia Beach cityThe city tree located between the sidewalk and the curb located between my property at 2908 Chestnut Oak Wy and my neighbor at 2904 Chestnut Oak Wy root system is lifting up sidewalk where it is located. Unfortunately, I believe this tree is getting to be too big for it's location. I have seen a couple of older people trip there in the past. The storm drain is also located on the other side of this tree and I fear that if it isn't, it will grown and damage that as well. Would really like to see the sidewalk repaired here and if the tree needs to go to prevent any other damage, you are more then welcomed to remove. Thank you for your attention in this.
