last year North Bay Shore was over-laid with new asphalt. Looked great.
since then whenever it rains, water stands for days right in front of my driveway. There must be a simple solution, looks like a simple milling to allow water to run down hill, it is trapped now Cecil Cutchins (cell) (757)403-5000 I would be glad to meet on site.

I have submitted online and called several times about the blocked drainage ditch behind our house at 2928 Enchanting Cir. Once someone kick a small hole in one side, which immediately filled back in at the next rain storm. After several conversations they have not removed the blockage. The blockade is causing the drainage to back up over its banks.

Hi, I've lived at this address for over 30 years and never had this issue. I'm not sure how it came to be but there are many 'patches' of lily pads (Yellow Floating Hearts I believe) forming in the lake currently. I've seen these listed as a invasive species. I fear that if not removed, they will cover the entire surface of the lake not only making for a mosquito breeding ground due to the wind not being able to move the water surface but it will have an effect on property values as well.

These patches of lily pads are just starting. I plead with you to please come out and remove them. It shouldn't take more than a hour or two in a small boat. Please remove them all now before it gets out of hand and becomes a major endeavor.

Both sides of my city drain are damaged and need to be filled in.

The sidewalk in front of my house has been cut out and has been left with sections missing for over 3 months now. can someone please look into why it has not been fixed yet.

Sidewalk has sunk over the years and water sits there and makes it impassable. It is also a trip hazard and very dangerous.

The sidewalks were originally marked by in July (with white spray painted arrows) by the city for replacement/repair) but nothing has been done as of yet

Hello, I am writing to make you aware of an issue with the crosswalk at the above location. On two occasions I have been uncomfortably close to being hit in this crosswalk due to drivers who either refuse to yield to pedestrians or ones who do not seem to be aware that there is a crosswalk.

This morning I was almost hit by a car there. As traffic stopped, I looked both way and in front of me. there was a car at Vista, but it appeared to not be moving. As I was crossing they came very close to hitting me as the crossed my path in front of me.

Is there a way to make the pedestrian signal at this intersection one that allows pedestrians to cross while traffic is stopped. It seems that this is a regular occurance as I have had it happen two times in the last 3 years and have heard others with the same experience.
