The sidewalk is sinking and causing trip hazards to people walking

I wasn't sure who would handle this, so I thought I'd start here. How can someone request the sidewalk to be extended past where it is now? There is a lot of foot traffic in this area, not to mention kids going to and from the bus station.

I am the homeowner of the property where the sidewalk is. I'm concerned the sidewalk is now a safety hazard and would like to request the city evaluate the sidewalk for repair. Thank you!

Sign missing 200 feet north of the Camp Pendleton beach property. The sign should indicate the separation of surfing and swimming areas.

There is a piece of rebar sticking out of the water near the marked channel and could be a hazard to vessels

Big hole in sidewalk..If a bike tire runs in it the biker will be injured resulting in large negligence lawsuit

The street curb in front of our house is badly damaged. And now it’s deteriorating even faster. Can you please repair or replace the curb?

Good Afternoon! I recently reported large sinkholes in my back yard right along the storm water drainage pipes are. Someone did come out but never reported back to me if the city was going to fill in these holes or not. I would like for this to be resolved as soon as possible so that no one gets hurt and/or it damages the pipes. Please let me know what I can do to get this fixed. Thank you .

Requesting a No U-Turn sign be place in the medium on Indian River Rd. During evening rush hour cars take exit 286 A and make a U-Turn at the light so they do not have to wait for traffic on 286 B. However there has been numerous accidents and many many close calls, because they try and beat the light before it turns red and most times they do not.
