Central Ave & Lincoln St Jersey City, NJ, 07307, USA - The HeightsAlong Central Ave there are several difficult streets to cross and cars dont always respect people trying to cross ... there should more stop signs for pedestrians there specially where lincoln st meets from the furthest sidewalk on central ave ... also on zabriskie and cental ave, many people have been crossing the street jaywalking because there is no stop sign there for pedestrians to cross.

280 Gates Ave Jersey City, NJ, 07305, USA - GreenvilleThere is a one way sign that is covered by tree branches and the sign is not visible to drivers so many of them go the wrong way down the one way street which is Blue Spruce Lane where they are illegally making a right turn onto this street from Gates Avenue. The resident is suggesting that a lighted/flashing one way sign be put in place instead of the current one because it isn't visible. Additionally since the street has been made a one way street, the "Stop Sign" needs to come down because it is confusing to drivers. The stop sign is located at the other end of Blue Spruce Lane at the Seaview Avenue Side next to the driveway for Walgreens.

Grand St & Van Vorst St Jersey City, NJ, 07302, USA - DowntownCould the NO TURN ON RED sign at the intersection of Grand and Van Vorst (direction when you are waiting at light and the firehouse is in the LEFT hand side) be moved to next to the light signal. It is in another pole now, almost over cross walk over Van Vorst and it is not clearly visible.

Oakland Ave & Newark Ave Jersey City, NJ, 07306, USA - Journal SquareThere are no street signs at Oakland & Newark and Cook & Newark.
These signs were evidently removed when the construction fence was erected around the lot opposite the Hudson County Courthouse.
They are currently stashed near some construction fencing, about 200 feet away from the courthouse. -
24 Britton St Jersey City, NJ, 07306, USA - McGinley Square
There is a huge increase in people driving up Britton Street from Montgomery Street, which is the wrong way on this one-way street.
This happens several times a day now, where it used to be rare to see. Even commercial vehicles like FedEX are doing it now.
I'm not sure what kind of study would help, but possibly enforcement somehow?

Baldwin Ave & Washburn St Jersey City, NJ, 07306, USA - Journal SquareThere has to be a stop sign on Baldwin ave right in front of 333 Baldwin ave. There has been many times in which cars go over the speed limit in that zone and it’s almost impossible for pedestrians to cross because no one stops although they should. There has been multiple accidents that have almost occurred and 1 that has occurred within the last week. There are stop signs on Washburn st but none on Baldwin ave.
