110 N Fulton Ave Newark, OH, 43055, USA - Newark
Cars are parking on the sidewalk and on the grass between sidewalk and street. Can't really give you a house number because it's many cars on North Fulton that are parking like this.
  • 1627 Bryn Mawr Dr Newark, Ohio, 43055 - Newark
I have a business at 1627 Bryn Mawr Dr. As you drive down Bryn Mawr at the Swansea intersection, it is difficult to see our north parking lot. My staff are reporting that it is more and more difficult to pull out of our north lot with the increased traffic. They can't see up the hill and cars come down the hill above the speed limit (or so it seems). I would like to request a sign on Bryn Mawr that warns of a business entrance and would like a mirror installed on a pole across from our north lot so staff can see up the hill.

380 John St Newark, OH, 43055, USA - Newark
The entire block is unkempt and in total disarray. Weeds and trees blocking sidewalk are out of control yet no resolution, well because it's the great and almighty owens corning (insert eye roll). Tired of the special privileges in this community because someone's grandpa worked there.
  • 386 Tuscarawas St Newark, OH, 43055, USA - Newark

Hello my name is Jessica. I currently reside at 386 Tuscarawas St Newark, Ohio. I live directly next to the KFC on Cedar Street. Well KFC has an entry way for cars to enter and get into the drive thru. However for many many years card instead go into the alley to go through the drive thru. Therefore the drive thru line ends up ALWAYS being so long in the alley that my driveway is almost always blocked in. This has always been an issue and has caused my family a lot of distress with the arguments that end up happening between LFC customers and us because we can’t get in or out of our driveway. KFC has a designated “enter” way and it is not our alley. However they have no sign nor arrows that are freshly painting to alert drivers to enter in that way.. leading to them entering in the alley. I have never attempted to reach out to the city yet though until I had a near death experience on April 14th 2024. My son has many seizures and they are random. My son was having an episode and needed to be rushed to the hospital. However my vehicle was fully blocked in so bad that other cars couldn’t even attempt to move out of the way. My son almost died because of this. I need change to happen ASAP. The alley that my driveway is connected too could easily just become a “one-way” street considering it is a very short alleyway and does not lead to any major traffic areas. The housing area also attached to this alley has an entire different way they can go in order to get to their house as well. I never see anyone in or using that alley other than us and the KFC customers. I really just need something done for this so that I don’t end up losing my child due to people wanting chicken fingers. Also a clear “enter for drive thru” sign should be posted at the first entrance of KFC. So that people can visibly see this and start going into that entrance versus the alley leading us to our driveway.
I also have another concern regarding KFC public wifi system. They leave their free wifi on 24/7 which means… crackheads. Lots of homeless people sit on the patio of KFC at all hours of the night blasting music on a Bluetooth speaker at 3am. They leave their trash everywhere including my yard because it’s the hangout area at night so they can use the free wifi. Homeless are even sleeping there. I work with the homeless in the medical field so there’s no judgment and I love most of the homeless people because I know them lol. However if they were being respectful it would be different but it’s every single night. I wakeup to find them on my porch even! It’s just getting out of hand. Is there a way KFC can begin turning their wifi off at night? So that homeless aren’t in big groups hanging around my house full of children every night? It’s quite scary for us and also frustrating cleaning up after them everyday.

    Thank you.
