    On 03/28/2024 i Kevin Gonzales phone-called the Gallup NM police department to make a police report against Officer Daws. Argued with me, REFUSED to Act. in fact said he was going to call the other party. What??? I informed him that was against the Law, and he said he knew the law. he said he was going to call the OTHER party anyway. Plus not only breaking the Law. I have no transportation, that's why I called the police department to make the report. He is not allowed to call the other party clearly as by "NM LAW "Status provided BELOW. NOR WAS I ABLE TO MAKE MY REPORT VIOLATED MY RIGHTS AND MY CIVIL LIBERTIES WITCH ENTITLES ME TO ENFORCE AND DEMAND JUSTICE FOR THIS ABUSE MISCONDUCT HEREBY AUTHORIZE BY THE New Mexico Law: APS Act 27-7-19.F.NMSA 1978. The department will notify the alleged perpetrator(s) of the determination of the case by mail. Ito APS Act 27-7-19.F.NMSA 1978.B. Anyone willfully interfering with an investigation of ,adult abuse, neglect, or exploitation is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a civil penaltyto APS Act 27-7-19.F.NMSA 1978.B.     The wall at that location fell in perhaps two years ago. As a result the sidewalk has been closed off. I reported this issue quite some time ago and I know others have reported it. I was advised to be patient but my patience has been all used up. Please do what must be done to shore up the wall and make it safe to walk down Green Ave without having to go in the street. Thank you.

    Gallup high School and chief manuelito mid school is a very dangerous stretch of road, if you compare the school zone between JFK and MHS and these mentioned schools it's very embarrassing, have we forgotten about these kids safety? Kids walk on the sidewalks everyday to and from school, I have witnessed cars driving over 70 mph through the stretch of road. The current two signs that occupy this stretch reads 30 mph( way to fast for school zone) please equip the road with the proper signage for our kids . You would think a principal or administration would see these faulty situations before a citizen but I guess not.
