Utility box is open again at corner of western Ave & Lincoln by Victors

Work was done under the road and The utility cover in front of 47 Jackson Street was not out back in place correctly. The cover bangs loudly time a car drives over it. Could you please fix it. As always many thanks.

Storm drain is turning into a sink hole children ride there bikes on the street it is a bad safety hazard

Sewer cover edge is cracked and damaged. Snow plows keep hitting it very loudly causing more damage.

At the intersection of Pearl Rd and Jane Dr there is a water shut off/on cover missing as of today. It was there yesterday, but dislodged so I put it back in place and now today it is missing.

With the replacement of telephone poles on Denver St. The street light was not put back on the pole at the corner of Denver and Robinson street. You cannot see anyone crossing the street in that area. Kid come and go to the field at the middle school for sporting and school events. This is very dangerous.

3 manholes right in travel lane have sunken and when you drive over them at the speed limit it’s almost as if you lose something in the front end of our vehicles.

4th request. Utility cover between 52 & 56 Hesper is sinking. DPW came out after last request and spray painted white circle around cover which has not faded. Houses in general vicinity are shaking when vehicles hit cover. Please fix.

right across from 78 water street there is a hole - the gas cover is missing and creating a thump thump every time a car drives over it. it is front of the white fence on water street next to Butterfield Rd.

Manhole in front of 69 Essex st is loose - banging is loud and nonstop- needs to be addressed immediately

Drain on the cemetery side was full. The next one in line was clear. I believe it is across from 157 Winter. Not an emergency.
