    Work was done under the road and The utility cover in front of 47 Jackson Street was not out back in place correctly. The cover bangs loudly time a car drives over it. Could you please fix it. As always many thanks.

    Kowloon lot, front (Broadway) side, broken water access cap (frame). Protruding from ground (pedestrian tripping hazard). Can height be fixed and / or an asphalt patch be added to make it level the lot around it? Again (esp and night) it’s a pedestrian safety hazard. Thank you
