Storm drain is turning into a sink hole children ride there bikes on the street it is a bad safety hazard

The riser holding the cover is broken and the metal cover is loose. Intersection of Lincoln Ave and Laurel St.

Street Light opposite 23 Clark Street is not working. This light flickers and goes off.

The cover of this pipe is broken on the corner of Central Street and Taylor Street

The sewer drains need to be cleaned in this area We had flooding on first st for years Then the drains we cleaned and it hasn't happened since ..The town needs to keep up with maintenance in this flood prone area Yale Ave Cliftondale Ave meadowbrook and Third st are the areas of concern .......

Drain on the cemetery side was full. The next one in line was clear. I believe it is across from 157 Winter. Not an emergency.

Storm drain is sinking in causing a hazard

the water pipe cover in front of my house at 52 Tontaquon Ave has been plowed off and is hidden in a huge pile of snow at the end of the street. I am requesting an orange cone to place on top of the opening to prevent humans or animals from stepping in it and causing an injury. It is just to the left of the arbor at the path that leads to my house Thank you Mrs. Barriss

Loud manhole cover at Essex at Mt. Vernon

4th request. Utility cover between 52 & 56 Hesper is sinking. DPW came out after last request and spray painted white circle around cover which HAS faded. Houses in general vicinity are shaking when vehicles hit cover. Please fix.

With the replacement of telephone poles on Denver St. The street light was not put back on the pole at the corner of Denver and Robinson street. You cannot see anyone crossing the street in that area. Kid come and go to the field at the middle school for sporting and school events. This is very dangerous.
