There are not enough sidewalks at the end of Howard Street and there are children at bus stops, and who live there who are going to be seriously injured. -

Kids are not able to go between the track and playground without going in the road. When there are games down there, it can be very busy. They only unlock one gate when there is a baseball game so they can get any balls hit over that way. When the game is over the gate is locked back up. This is a public area and access should not be restricted. All the gates should be unlocked to allow easy access to kids and families with strollers and people.
