To whom it may concern!
Please note that this tree is dead consequently, it has become a hazard for people walking underneath it, for the cars parked in my driveway as well as for the wires that are adjacent to it. I have notified the city twice about this matter. However, the necessary steps have not been taken as of yet. As such, your attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.

the roots of a large tree on the sidewalk have heaved up the walkway, causing a tripping/safety hazard. The roots are also beginning to spread past the curb and heading into the street area

I called and left a message 6 months ago and never heard back. I then called 3 months ago and supposedly got put on "The List". Every wind storm I have dead branches falling on my house and vehicles. I now see what appears to be a huge crack. This needs to be taken care of before it rips all the wires out and damages my house.

Please trim back the vegetation overgrowing the sidewalk on Winter St. Thank you.

I would like to have a tree removed at the end of my street because it belongs to the town and is never maintained. It is a very messy tree, black berries fall from it all summer and are all over the street and my driveway. It prevents parking because the berries will end up on someones car. My neighbor and I have done what we can to maintain it but it is getting a bit to messy and would like it taken down.

15 Avon st , town tree , dead branches surrounding power lines, work ticket put in to town back in August but still not trimmed . Maybe I can get it trimmed before the snow takes them down ?

There's bush growth on side walk. Side is being rendered non usable. People have to walk on the road. please request trimming.

Overgrown brush down this street. Not able for two cars to pass. I have asked repeatedly for this to be addressed and nothing has been done. It is very dangerous for the kids who are playing on the street.
