    There was a broken recycling bin out front of my house from last week’s wind storm. It somehow made its way to my property. Nobody claimed it and I spoke with my neighbors to make sure it didn’t belong to them. After 2 days, I put it on the side of my house to get it off the road.

    I attempted to put it out with my trash today, 4/8/19, but they didn’t take it. It was clearly in the trash bin, along with other trash - none of which was emptied.
    Can it please be picked up?

    With respect to the 2 reports at 23 Whitney Str The car, which looks like a junker has been there for weeks There are plates but I would bet they are not registered to that vehicle Also, the inspection is out of date and should not be on the road

    The trash has also been there for a while and surely has attracted rodents However, I pretty sure that an illegal apartment was added to that house If I'm right there is not a proper fire escape from the attic or the basement Owner seems to rent space in the house

    I have called the DPW on this matter and someone came out and looked at it and was supposed to get back to me but I haven't heard anything in weeks. I have a stream (covert) running threw my property that allows for the rain run off from the street to flow to the Saugus river. The weeds are so over grown that the stream is almost blocked . And the stones that were put on the sides are loose and falling into the stream m. Someone needs to come and cut these things back. I have tried but have fallen on the loose rocks and hurt my back. Is there something that can be done before it is completely blocked and causes flooding? The address is 10 Pleasant Ave and there is access to the stream threw my driveways.
