    On odd number side of the street, directly in front of 15 Knowles, a majority of storm water does not flow into the storm drain. Most of the water ends up bypassing the storm drain both on the lawn side and the street side. This causes the remaining storm water to flow into the yard and driveway causing major flooding issues.

    The sewer cover, under the Crimson Court street sign but on Central Street, seems to be sunken in so badly that when cars, and especially trucks, run over it makes a lot of noise. If it's possible to repair it, I would be happy. Thank you.

    Pillings Rd, Saugus: Poles light out (#4 and #6). #6 is cycling off and on for a short period of time. The bulb is burning out, it's out of life span. The children walk on the street, very dangerous, cannot see anything on the street. Please replace the light bulbs! Thank you!

    The utility cover in front of our home is so loose that when the tires of vehicles go over it. The sound is the same as a bomb going off. This has us jumping out of our bed all hours of the night. This is very nerve recking. Can something please be done to reslove this issue.
