    To Whom It May Concern:

    I have a tree directly in front of my house on the side walk, that has and is causing huge damages to the entire side-walk. This is a hazard as my neighborhood is predominantly elderly folks, that walk alone or with their pets on daily basis. As temperatures drop and ice begins to build, this is of a huge concern to all of us, and we'd like to know how can the city assist to remove this tree. The cracks on the side-walk can easily cause anyone to trip and fall, with this risk increasing a great deal when snow falls or are covered by unseen black-ice. Can you please provide us with information on what is the procedure to follow so this tree can be removed and the side-walk repaired before someone get badly injured?

    Hi, there is a tree on the sidewalk infrant of our property that we would like assistance from the Town to remove. The tree's roots are growing out of control and has damaged the sidewalk and started to grow into our property, and is a risk for injury. We are worried that the roots will continue to grow and damage the sidewalk and our property. We would like to request that the Town remove this tree because it is a public hazard.

    downed half of a tree which has fallen onto my property but I believe is located on part of a paper road which must be town property. Definitely not mine, as I have surveyor's markings showing my lines. Can someone please come remove it, and the half of the tree still standing before it too falls and does possible damage. My car escaped it only because I wasn't home....otherwise would have landed on it. Thanks.

    tree at 38 waban st has broken a large branch during the last storm, this branch is hanging into the street very low and scraping over all vehicles that pass. I'm sure this will cause some damage to vehicles.

    this needs to be addressed as soon as possible, its a danger to our neighborhood.

    There are many town trees in the neighborhood that are dead. Last August I reported to Anthony Cogliano who said he spoke with the tree warden, nothing has been done about it.
