Fallen tree and various large branches remain on the ground after last storm. Requesting removal due to children playing in the area.

Tree above street light # 21 next to fire hydrant needs a trim so that the photo eye will last longer. light has been flickering for over a year now. That light has been attended to numerous of times in the last 15 years it would be great if sparky can get the bucket truck up here to repair light.

Tree along Brook fell down months ago. I was told from the DPW months ago that there was a long wait list and none could come out.. since then everything has falling down with the wind and storms and it’s causing the brook to back up and into my yard.. complete swamp

A large part of the tree broke off into my yard. The tree is not healthy and many limbs have broken off in the past. We have notified the town before & part of the tree was removed. Could the tree please be taken down? I'm afraid that my children or a passerby will be injured. Thank you.

Dead/rotted tree on Warren Street behind 19 Columbus Ave was marked for removal several years ago and now appears very unsafe.

overgrown bushes on the property is creating a hazard for people trying to pull onto Lincoln ave from Bristow St

Large tree on right side of driveway is dead and is a potential hazard. The dead tree is damaging our property and is dropping branches on our vehicles. I park the street during storms and windy days.

Tree along sidewalk came down in storm (on 8/23/20), blocking sidewalk and across our front yard. I can't tell at the moment if there is sidewalk damage as well.
