The dumpster on Kellogg Street has been tagged with graffiti. It is on the doors and the walls inside where the dumpsters are located. There is also graffiti on the electrical box between Joy of Eating and 700 Main St building. It is looking trashier and trashier.

I was informed that the street we live on can be surveyed to install speed bumps? There are too many cars speeding up and down the street and there are many kids in the area that range from the age of infant to teen. I am afraid that the children will get hit by a car one day due to the speeding. I have placed "watch for children playing" signs out when the children are playing, in hopes that drivers are aware of the children. However, I have seen no results to the speeding. just today one of the little ones was about to cross the street, and used her "street manners" as far as looking for cars and being patient and this car just sped past her without stopping because they were speeding and not paying attention. so even though she was using good street crossing skills, these cars going past don't use good driving skills to be aware of their surroundings while driving. They are just driving way too fast in a residential area, that is a block away from a school at that. Something needs to be done.

Traffic light on highway12 and Marina drive in fairfield, should be checked. Im un aware if it was a glitch or not. @ about 8:15 this morning, My light had just turned green, I went to turn left onto Marina Drive and while my Light is still Green, the main Traffic light for highway 12 turned green. LUCKILY Im observent and stopped in the middle of the intersection, while cars where driving. There light was green as of mine. Please check issue before a serious accident occurs
