    It has come to our attention that the owners of this property may be in violation of zoning laws. This property recently sold to owners that are operating the home as a daily/vacation rental. Neighbors are concerned about the amount of people coming and going. Within the past 2 months there have been multiple people renting the premises, most from out of state. The longest stay has been about 5-6 days. All others have been 1-3 days. The property is listed on multiple websites as a daily rental. Thank you!

    flag pole erected on former pier. dude conducts a personal ceremony... this is not the place for a personal flag and pole or nightly personal ceremony .... this is becoming an annoyance Mike Cosentino and his "Save Beach Road campaign has been an eyesore since he started commandeering the pier for his personal cause. Sure go ahead and fight your legal fight, but don't be an eyesore and continue marring our beautiful sunset location for the whole season. Mike Cosentino has done a terrible job marketing his cause. bolting signs and poles to the pier is as unacceptable as a port-o-potty and tents. It is not too long ago that Irene came thru here.... and these mountings may not be hurricane safe, and creating dangerous flying debris. If it is authorized and is going to remain, can you assure us of the stress stability of the mountings.

    Michael Sprout is the new sheriff in town however he still leaves his garbage way into thursday during the day...I snapped this photograph at 4:30 on Thursday when trash should be picked up on Wednesday. It is creating a foul smell and is attracting many other siesta key rats.
