THIS TRAILER DOES NOT HAVE PARKING, PARKING LOT LANDSCAPING OR LIGHTING OR BICYCLE PARKING AS REQUIRED BY CODE FOR AN APPROX 2100 SQ FT TRAILER.

    So everything reported and marked UNFOUNDED in your system is really unfounded and closed or trying to make it go away from public view ?????? I don't see how SANCA is really wanting and trying to be in compliance when this goes back over 7 months and Mr. Osterhoudt met with SANCA in September and to date they are not able to submit the required information to the County. All citizens would like to be able to just do what they want with no repercussions as long as they SAY they really want to comply. Actions speak louder than words. SANCA is not going to get permits for the large blue shipping containers and the piles of outdoor storage as they have already been told they are not allowed but yet they want to be in compliance but WILL NOT remove those items that they have already been told will not be approved.

    After trying multiple times to get clarification from the County on when or if they intend to complete or have developer complete land development issues missing in the park I am told they are reviewing them with approved plans. They have been reviewing for several months. Engineer and Benderson were required to submit plans and certify that they met all land development regulations. Sarasota County is unwilling to ask Benderson to complete the park as agreed. No parking areas have canopy trees as required. Landscape Street buffer never installed along Cattlemen Road. Numerous ADA issues in the park. Missing sidewalks. Missing parking lot and pathways lighting. Missing parking lot striping and bumpers. Numerous areas missing ADA parking space. Those that do have no connectivity to bathroom or pathways. ETC ETC. County staff refuses to have Benderson complete the park as required by Land Development ordinance. Taxpayers are going to be on the hook for these issues. Why is staff looking the other way for Benderson?

    Triple wide trailer approved for temporary use for WRC in Oct 2017 is still on site on island. No site and development approval exist for the trailer. No TUP exists for the trailer. No County water and sewer connection fees of over $5,000 were paid for the utility connection. No fire or EMS impacts were paid for the trailer. It exists occupied by 8-10 persons daily in violation of land development and building code. Does not meet ADA.

    This 3rd party has been dropping off materials and other misc items on weekends and sometimes during the week for the past 6-12 months. We did not find any permits or Florida business license. Possibly running an illegal business from his home/resident.Not zoned for this. Driver of green truck does not live on Gocio Road Ext. Employee? He will enter and exit minimum of 4 times a day. Please check it out. thank you
