    resident and family and hired vendors are excavating land that does not belong to them. Per Southwest Florida Wetlands there needs to be written permission Chapter 40 D 4. There is no permit issued nor permission to excavate, dig, dredge, remove, or fill or tamper with native Florida plants along Plat G buffer area and is also trespassing/ encroaching on HOA property. This has been ongoing for months. Please investigate. thank you

    There is a huge hole in the dirt right at the corner of the pavement and where the dirt meet. And this picture doesn’t clearly show the hole. It’s on the north east corner of Jackson Road at E. Venice Ave. This is caused by the wide trucks cutting the corner to turn.
