    3) Pictures of house on AirBNB show minisplit HVAC system throughout the home. There is no permit for this installation. The only permit found in the County portal is #21 105168 00 BE, and this says it is for "***INTERNET SUBMITTAL*** INSTALLATION OF A 2021 5 TON COMFORTMAKER VERTICALLY ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS AND LOCAL BUILDING CODES". That is a different HVAC system and permit was never completed.

    4) Same property owner has 11 other AirBnB listings. Those are all also violating the 30-day minimum rent term.

    As you know this is a drug house. The person that lives here is in jail. Now besides the people living in the van more vagrants come each night and sleep there. As you can see the tent. I've seen them sleeping on the driveway at times. Please do something. We do have kids living close by. The owner needs to take control.
