Believe it or not, this Air bnb home has not not learned the proper way to dispose of yard waste yet, even though they get complaints almost weekly.

All parking lots must be striped and conform to landscape requirements if over 5 spaces. Zoning 7.1.13 f g j previously reported in see click fix and removed without resolution.

For rent sign has been in front of this residence for six months. This not a temporary real estate ‘for sale or lease sign’, but has become a permanent ugly rental sign in front of this house. This house also rents illegally every week.

West lake boat launch by Honore was required to have parking paved when Development built or required an alternate parking plan be submitted with fee and approved by County. East boat ramp was eventually paved but is incomplete as there is no striping, landscaping or lighting.

4140 Lanai Dr, Sarasota, Fl 34241. No tag on golf cart which by definition is a vehicle and therefore a derelict vehicle. This vehicle has been stored on front lawn for 2 months. Also garbage cans stored in front of garage all of the time.

This is #8 for short term rental in this property since FEBRUARY 28. Code enforcement and deed restrictions state 30 days in between rentals. The math of 8 rentals since FEBRUARY 28 doesn't compute. This is obviously an illegal business happening in a residential neighborhood that is NOT deeded for this.

Existing ADA parking space not shown at lake boat ramp area. This space is concrete but located along a rock/shell path and in a rock/shell parking area. Parking area was required to be converted to concrete some years ago on previous S&D submittal. No ADA path connects from Honore or into this area from park road.

Two weeks of trash in black bags piled in the street.

S&D submittal does not meet Land Development codes. No pedestrian or ADA paths connect from North Cattlemen Road as required to tower, or either trailer. Does not meet Land Develooment ordinance or ADA requirements.

Existing shed already has code enforcement violation notice for no permit and not on approved S&D plan. It is showing on recent submittal to be removed. Why is it still on site?
